About Marri
My career started in Santa Barbara where I opened my first business in 1999. Ten years later after a string of bad decisions, both business and personal, I came home to Santa Rosa to get sober. Through sobriety I’ve had to be more vulnerable with myself, which allows me to be that way with my clients. It’s crucial for my clients to feel comfortable, and my appointments typically last no more than fifteen minutes. I believe that my transparency is what allows more women to understand that this is a judgement-free space. I am not so much in the business of waxing as I am in the business of relationships, and the relationships I make each day are what I love the most.

Mari is the absolute best at what she does! She is always warm and friendly the whole time she works her magic, talks to you and shows she cares by remembering who you are, what you do, and whatever else you share, and makes the waxing experience as painless and fast as possible. She works quick but does an excellent job. I've never enjoyed getting waxed before and would get nervous before coming in, but once I started going to Marri that completely changed. I walk away feeling good about myself, and have never felt embarrassed or shy around her. She's got that rare thing where she makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in to her business and that feeling stays with you until the end of your appointment. And she's LGBTQ+ friendly and always asks about my partner, which I find to be really kind and considerate as well. THE BEST!!! I've been seeing Marri for 10 years now. She is hands down the best Waxer in the entire Sonoma county area. Professionalism is 10, cleanliness is a 10, communication 10, her as a person 10, making a painful Brazilian as pleasant as possible 10. Like Lightning McQueen she is FAST. I am in & out of her office in maybe 10- 15 min max. On the table for what felt like 5 mins. She is thorough and efficient and I have never left unsatisfied. Super informative if this is new for you and checks in after your wax to see how you are reacting to the hair removal. I have had zero issues or reactions after a wax by her. Cancellation Policy
-I require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Anything less than 48 hours will result in a 50% fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Sickness, menstrual cycle, childcare, work, etc.). To cancel your appointment, please text me immediately to avoid cancellation fees.
-SAME DAY cancellations and no shows result in a fee of 100% of total services scheduled.
-5 minute late policy: If you are not in the studio within the 5 minute grace period, you are marked as no show and charged a 100% fee of the total services scheduled. Please note that I am booked back to back and I will not be able to perform efficiently if you are late.
Menstral Cycle
You get one period pass a year! This waves your first period related cancellation within 24hrs. Otherwise you can get waxed while on your menstrual cycle (MUST have a tampon or menstrual cup in). If you choose not to wax on your menstrual cycle please plan your appointments accordingly. If that time is unpredictable, please wait to schedule until after it is done to avoid having to cancel and charged a fee.
